How It Works

• Must be in the victim's inventory to apply.
• On player-vs-player damage, multiplier = victim max health / attacker max health.
• Multiplier is clamped between 0.25x and 4.0x.

This means lower-heart attackers deal less to equalizer holders, while higher-heart attackers deal more.
