Exact Tracking Day

Exact Tracking Day switches server tracking mode to Exact for 24 hours.

Schedule​

  • Standard rotation: Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Duration: 24 hours per event.

What /track Shows in Exact Mode​

  • Exact distance in blocks
  • Direction arrow
  • Target dimension context
  • Nether/Overworld auto-conversion tags (8:1 or 1:8)

Rules Still Active​

Exact mode is accurate, but it still respects major tracking restrictions:

  • You cannot track yourself.
  • Target must have at least 3 hours playtime.
  • Tracker cannot be invisible.
  • Target cannot be invisible.
  • Tracker cannot be sneaking.
  • Target cannot be sneaking.

Exact vs Vicinity Difference​

  • Exact mode updates quickly (config default: every 20 ticks).
  • Elytra cooldown rules are Vicinity-only and do not gate Exact mode.

Commands​

  • Start: /track <player>
  • Stop: /track stop
